A true mountain Maso that combines hospitality and animal care
Our farm is a mixed livestock and fruit farm: we dedicate our time and enthusiasm both to the care of animals and to the care of plants.
In particular, the livestock farm consists of dairy cows, heifers, young heifers, and calves, as well as pigs, hens, goats, sheep, and rabbits. Our cows, about twenty, produce milk of the highest quality, as they are fed only with top-quality forage from our meadows, as well as local non-GMO feed.
Our milk is so good that it has been selected for the production of Trentingrana at the Caseificio Sociale di Cavalese: an excellent product that requires milk of the highest quality.
The Raspberry Farm
Since 2003, we have dedicated our time and passion for the land to the cultivation of small fruits, especially raspberries. We have about 2,400 plants and can enjoy these little delights from mid-July to mid-September. The cultivation is just behind the Maso, covered by greenhouses, with the aim of protecting the small fruits from rainwater and the sun, weather conditions that can spoil the raspberries themselves.
Our cultivation is done naturally, without any chemical treatment.
