At Maso Corradini a table awaits you in the middle of the garden, a breathtaking view over the Lagorai, sweet and savory treats, a delicious cappuccino with freshly milked milk.
Here is the best way to start the day, in harmony, surrounded by nature, enjoying farmhouse delights.
Our country brunch is a journey through the genuine flavors of our land,
a moment of togetherness to enjoy in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
We start the day with a selection of fresh bread just out of the oven, fragrant croissants and traditional sweets carefully prepared by our kitchen. Alongside these treats you’ll find a variety of homemade jams, made with fruit grown directly in our field.
For the sweetest tooth, there will be local cheeses, paired with mountain honey and seasonal fruit, for a mix of flavors that will satisfy every craving. Our typical cured meats are an ode to farming tradition, tasty and genuine as only here with us can be found.
But our brunch doesn’t stop here: you can also look forward to fresh eggs from our happy hens, as well as fragrant waffles just out of the oven and many other delicacies that smell of tradition and passion, ready to surprise you.
And for those who love to start the day with a bit of wholesome energy, there will be fresh fruit, yogurt from the Cavalese Dairy and crunchy cereals, accompanied by natural fruit juices and hot drinks to warm the heart.
