Cancellations
In case of cancellation, please notify us promptly.
Less than 15 days before the arrival date, the entire amount of the deposit will be retained.
We reserve the right to deduct the amount of the deposit from the cost of a future stay.
In case of early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Arrival & departure
Rooms will be available from
14.00
on the day of arrival,
and must be vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
Early arriving
On the day of arrival, it is possible to arrive at the Maso early in the morning, start the day off right by having
at the special price of 14 euros (instead of 18) for adults and 8 euros for children up to 5 years old, from 5 to 10 years old 10 euros and take advantage of the luggage storage to better enjoy the day.
If you would like to take advantage of early arriving, please let us know so we can prepare your breakfast table.
Luggage storage
At the Maso, free luggage storage is available, usable both on the day of arrival and on the day of departure.
TV
Each room is equipped with a television with integrated decoder; superior rooms are equipped with smart TVs.
Internet
A high-speed Wifi network is available and is free of charge.
Trips and tips
We are passionate about the mountains but not only that, and we know our valley very well and it will be our pleasure to recommend the most beautiful walks, excursions, must-see places, and much more.
At your disposal is a selection of hiking guides, as well as maps and brochures regarding activities and places to visit in the valley.
Eco-friendly
Our Maso is an eco-friendly Maso: we care a lot about the nature that surrounds us and do everything possible to preserve it as best as possible. For this reason, there is no disposable plastic inside the facility, we have installed a water revitalizer so as to have sublime water directly from the tap, we cook with our own products and with local products in order to reduce if not eliminate the impact of transport with the aim of supporting the local economy and we do separate waste collection. Our boiler is powered by wood waste from carpentries which allows us to heat ourselves and respect the environment. In addition, we have installed photovoltaic panels that produce green energy, and much more. Small, big daily actions that each of us can easily implement and that can help preserve the nature that surrounds us.
Summer equipment
At our guests' disposal there are some mountain bikes that are rented free of charge, as well as Nordic walking poles for your mountain walks, a very comfortable trekking stroller, but also practical mountain backpacks.
Availability is subject to request, taking into account the requests of all guests.
Covered garage
We have a large outdoor parking lot; however, it is possible to use the covered garage at an additional cost of 5 euros per day in summer, 8 euros in winter. For motorcycles and bicycles, the covered garage is free.

No smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas of the Maso.
In the garden we ask you to pay attention especially if there are children.
Revitalized water
We have installed a water revitalizer Grander to offer you not only mountain water, but sublime and revitalized water directly from the tap.
Library
At the entrance of the Maso there is a small but well-stocked library, which collects not only local books and regional publications, but also other interesting books, both for adults and children.
SPA
As for the SPA, we have an agreement with the Hotel Olimpionico here in the village and with QC Terme in Pozza di Fassa.
Animals
Animals are not allowed at the Maso.
